  1. Limo Bike Green Smart Mobility Mobile App(iOS/Android) – Elite ride booking, Pilot dashboard
  2. EV Charging CSMS(Charging Station Management System) – 200+ owned stations
  3. Franchise Management Portal– DOCO operations, revenue analytics
  4. EV Chauffeur Platform– Luxury inbound tourism, diplomatic transfers
  5. Elite Pilot Dashboard– Earnings, charger routing, KYC
  6. Corporate/MNC API– Fleet integration, Scope 3 reporting
  7. Websites: limo.bike, charging.limo.bike, franchise.limo.bike

All services provided “AS IS” per Indian IT Act 2000, DPDP Act 2023, and global standards.

Introduction

These Terms govern your use of all Limo Bike Green Smart Mobility services including the mobile app, EV Charging CSMS, Elite Pilot Dashboard, EV Chauffeur platform, Franchise Portal, and websites (limo.bike ecosystem) operated by Limo Bike Green Smart Mobility Mobility Private Limited (“Limo Bike Green Smart Mobility”, “We”, “Us”).

By accessing any Limo Bike Green Smart Mobility service (rides, charging, franchise operations), you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree, you must not use our services.

Services Covered:

  • Premium EV rides (airport transfers, luxury chauffeur)

  • EV charging network (200+ owned stations)

  • Elite Pilot operations (₹2-4L monthly earnings)

  • DOCO Franchise management (₹15L-₹5Cr investments)

  • Corporate/MNC fleet integration

2. License to Use Services

Limo Bike Green Smart Mobility owns all IP in apps, CSMS software, charger hardware designs, AI dispatch algorithms, Pilot dashboard, and franchise analytics. All rights reserved.

Limited Personal License:
✅ View/book rides and chargers
✅ Pilot Dashboard access (earnings tracking)
✅ Franchise revenue analytics
❌ No republishing, selling, sub-licensing, public display, commercial exploitation, modification, or redistribution

Prohibited Actions:

  • Scraping 25K daily ride data

  • Reverse-engineering AI dispatch engine

  • Copying charger station designs (60/80kW DC)

  • Redistributing franchise ROI models

3. Acceptable Use

You must not damage Limo Bike Green Smart Mobility infrastructure or engage in unlawful activity:

Network Abuse:

  • DDoS attacks on CSMS servers

  • Charging station vandalism

  • GPS spoofing for ride manipulation

  • Fraudulent Pilot KYC submissions

Data Misuse:

  • Systematic scraping of Pilot earnings

  • Unsolicited marketing to 5,000 Pilots

  • Reverse-engineering OCPI 2.2.1 roaming

  • Malware distribution via franchise portal

Pilot Violations:

  • Unsafe driving (below 4.8 rating)

  • Airport queue jumping

  • Unauthorized passenger pickups

4. User Content

“User Content” includes Pilot ratings, ride feedback, charger photos, franchise site photos, VIP protocol notes submitted to Limo Bike Green Smart Mobility platforms.

You grant Limo Bike Green Smart Mobility worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, adapt, publish your content for service improvement, marketing, franchise case studies.

Prohibited User Content:

  • Illegal material

  • Third-party IP infringement

  • Defamatory Pilot reviews

  • Fake 5-star rating manipulation

Our Rights: Edit/remove content, suspend accounts for violations.

5. Data Privacy and Consent

Explicit Consent for data collection per DPDP Act 2023 across all verticals:

Collected Data:

Pilots: KYC (Aadhaar/PAN/DL), GPS, ride history, earnings
Franchisees: GSTIN, bank details, station analytics
Riders: Phone, pickup/dropoff, payment data
Chargers: kWh, voltage, RFID usage

Retention:

  • Transaction data: 7 years (Income Tax Act)

  • GPS rides: 30 days anonymized

  • Pilot KYC: Service duration + 5 years

Rights:

  • Access: Download via app → Data Export

  • Deletion: privacy@limo.bike → 15 days

  • Correction: Profile settings

  • Portability: JSON/CSV export

Security: AES-256 encryption, ISO 27001, AI fraud detection.

Force Majeure: Monsoon flooding, airport closures, grid failures exempt SLAs.

7. Payments & Revenue Share

Ride Revenue: 87% to Elite Pilots, 13% Limo Bike Green Smart Mobility (dispatch + charging)

Charging Revenue: ₹2.5/kWh → 20% franchise mgmt fee (DOCO model)

Franchise Economics:

Fast (₹15-50L): ₹4-7L monthly, 20-mo payback
Premium (₹50L-1Cr): ₹7-10L monthly, 22-mo payback
Super (₹1-5Cr): ₹12-25L monthly, 24-mo payback

All payments via RBI-compliant gateways. No cash transactions.

8. Limitations of Liability

Services provided “AS IS”. No liability for:

- Airport delays beyond Pilot control
- Charger queue wait times
- Third-party payment gateway failures
- Force majeure (monsoons, strikes)

Excluded Liability: Indirect losses, lost profits, data breaches beyond reasonable control.

Maximum Liability: Service fee paid in last 12 months.

9. Indemnity

You indemnify Limo Bike Green Smart Mobility against:

  • Passenger injuries from your negligence (Pilots)

  • Station damage (Franchisees)

  • KYC fraud (fake documents)

  • Tax non-compliance (GST/ITR)

Legal expenses + third-party claims covered by violator.

10. Termination & Suspension

Immediate suspension for:

  1. Safety violations (4.8+ rating drop)

  2. Fraud detection (GPS spoofing, fake rides)

  3. KYC discrepancies

  4. Payment defaults (franchisees)

  5. Legal violations

Pilot Deactivation: 30-day notice + final payout.

11. Intellectual Property

Limo Bike Green Smart Mobility owns:

  • AI Dispatch Engine (ride-charger matching)

  • CSMS software (OCPP 2.0.1, OCPI 2.2.1)

  • 200+ station designs (60/80kW DC)

  • Franchise ROI algorithms

No reverse-engineering permitted.

12. Governing Law

Exclusive jurisdiction: Mumbai, India. Bombay High Court.

Applicable Laws:

  • IT Act 2000 (cybersecurity)

  • DPDP Act 2023 (data privacy)

  • RBI payment guidelines

  • Motor Vehicles Act (Pilot licensing)

13. Breaches & Remedies

Violations trigger:

  1. Account suspension (immediate)

  2. Legal action (fraud, IP theft)

  3. Damages claim (station destruction)

  4. Regulatory reporting (KYC fraud)

Dispute Resolution: Arbitration (Mumbai) before litigation.
